Resource Navigation – Confidential in-take and
assessment of individual employees at member companies and connection to
services and community resources to overcome work and life issues that may
interfere with their ability to continue their employment.

Resource Cultivation - Build a strong body of
knowledge around housing, legal, transportation, food assistance, childcare,
health/mental health, career and financial coaching resources. With Support
from the Director, work to expand the network and variety of resources
available to employees.
·
Planning and Preparation – Gain trust with employees
by developing a client-centered plan to enable coaching of clients they gain
confidence needed to initiate contact with professional resources. (i.e.
prepare and dispel myths about mental health and services, suicidal ideation,
relapse prevention and support etc). Coach effective communication skills and
role play to establish and maintain healthy relationships inside and outside
of the workplace.

Ongoing Support—Weekly and monthly check-ins
with employees for the duration of employment to ensure successful connection
and plan maintenance.

Business Outreach - Provide information and participate
in employer meetings as necessary to encourage participation in the program. Educate
employers on how barriers affect job performance. Develop understanding of
member company’s human resources policies, benefit plans, and workforce
concerns.

Financial Coaching – Work with employees of
employer member companies and provide assistance with spending plans,
budgeting, credit repair and individual/family financial planning. Develop
competency in financial coaching techniques.

Data Collection and Reporting - Consistently
collect and accurately enter data on service delivery; contribute to
developing and administering surveys for program monitoring and evaluation
purposes; utilize data to continually improve services and programming;
collect and capture qualitative data and employee stories to provide context
and deepen understanding to our employer partners. Maintain confidentiality
of employee data.

Community Networker – Serve as liaison to
employer/employees and share important information about events and
opportunities for involvement in the community at-large.

Program Development - Enthusiastically
contribute to building the GrOW program and work collaboratively with the
Director to champion our mission. Demonstrate a passion for serving our
clients and our community.

Growth Mindset - Share failures, successes and
lessons-learned with a focus on honest assessment and continual improvement.

Actively participate in diversity, equity and
inclusion training in order to advance along one’s own journey of inclusion
and acceptance.
