Key Accountabilities:

Ensure all safety and security
guidelines are followed.

Coordination of all Recovery
activities and meetings.
·
Coordinate medical, dental
and psychiatric services.
·
Assist Program Director.
·
Financial application
completion with prospective clients.
·
Intake and orientation with prospective
clients.
·
Client file completion and
tear down.
·
Client lease responsibility.
·
Clarity administration (HMIS).
·
Conducting client room checks
ensuring cleanliness.
·
Completing client chore lists.
·
Medication observation and
client compliance.
·
Monthly medication counts and
medication sheets.
·
Community connections for
services and partnerships.
·
Assist clients with Federal
and State Entitlement benefits.
·
Responsible for organization
of file storage.
·
Team oriented.
·
Excellent written, oral and
interpersonal skills.
·
Proficiency with Microsoft
Office.
·
Strong organizational and
time management skills.
·
Ability to manage and
coordinate multiple tasks and balance long and short term projects
simultaneously.
·
Ability to work with staff
and clients quickly, accurately and effectively in a dynamic work
environment.

Commitment to the utmost
confidentiality in the handling of all HERO activities, client records, etc.
·
Computerized building
security system/Basic IT Management.
·
Make client, employee and
intern access keys.
·
Ensure compliance with alarm
systems.
·
Track client movement, as
needed.
·
Other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
·
Minimum of high
school diploma or GED.
·
Work experience
in case management or human services preferred.
·

·
Conducts
self in a manner of professionalism that is conducive to recovery from mental
illness, co-occurring disorders and overall wellness, including a minimum of
one year of continuous sobriety if in recovery, from the substance for which
you are in recovery.

by all specific program and Agency procedures, policies, and requirements.
